Must the stay be weekly?
In low season periods you can stay in hotel formula at Vascellero Club Resort also for only one night and for at least 3 nights in the Residence and Aparthotel Formula.
For the middle/high season is provided a minimum stay of 7 nights from Sunday to Sunday for the hotel formula and from Sunday to Sunday for the Residence and Aparthotel Formula.
If you have the need to book midweek stays in the months of June and September, contact us and we will find together the best solution.
Is it possible to have the accommodation before 5 pm?
We are able to give a guarantee of room delivering only from 5 pm. In any case, if you should arrive some earlier, after the check-in operations at the reception, you can enjoy all the facilities of the village (except the room).
Can I leave the accommodation after 10am?
Accommodations must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. If you want to stay with us even after the check-out operations, the resort amenities will be available until 5 pm. Luggage can be deposited at the reception. Useful courtesy baths will allow a final shower before saying good bye.
Depending on the availability and approval of the reception, you will benefit from a late check-out service, which will you allow:
For the price of € 30,00 per room, you can hold the accommodation until 2 pm.
For the price of € 45,00 per room, you can hold the accommodation until 4 pm.
Can the stay begin with the lunch?
Yes, it is possible to start with lunch and to end with breakfast on the day of departure. The guarantee of the accomodation remains from 5 pm.
If I should leave early on the day of departure, do I miss a meal?
If you began your stay with dinner and must leave our Resort early, you can order a packet- lunch the day before your leaving.
What are the opening times of the restaurant?
A rich continental breakfast is served from 7.45 to 10.00 am. But the breakfast is just the first date with the table. After a day at the beach you will feel very hungry.
Lunch will be ready at 12.30, and there will be something for everyone until 2 pm.
Dinner is served from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm. to 9.00 pm.
Where do I get my breakfast?
The breakfast is served in a breakfast room and by an adjacent open area near the Relax pool.
What do I find for breakfast?
We serve a buffet with continental breakfast, which offers: Hot beverages from the donor, juices from the donor, milk, natural yogurt cans, fresh fruit salad, classic and black rusks, ham, salami Milano, Emmentaler cheese, Danish cheese, rolls, boiled eggs, Muesli with fruit, cornflakes and chocolate, biscuits with cereals, chocolate and cream, butter, honey, warm croissants (as you like to fill), hazelnut cream and 4 kinds of jam; Cakes made by our confectioner: Plumcake, biscuits and puffs.
What is and how does the hotel formula work?
The Hotel Formula includes accommodation in five types of rooms. The treatment can be bed and breakfast, half board or full board. For all three treatments, the daily cleaning of the rooms and change of bed linen and towels is provided.
Where are served the meals if I choose full-board or half-board?
At the restaurant by the Relax Pool with buffet service. The buffet offers a wide selection of vegetables and appetizers, 3 first courses and 3 main courses. Water, wine, coke and orange soda at meals are included without limits. Fruits and desserts to complement of the menu.
Any meals that Hotel Formula guests in Mareluna will consume will be considered extra.
Is there a kitchen for celiac disease or other food intolerances?
Our kitchen staff is trained to meet the special needs of people who need to follow this particular diet in the most healthy and tasty possible way. We offer a pasta dish and a meat or fish dish at lunch and dinner, while breakfast, side dishes, fruit and dessert are on a common buffet. Our chef will still be at your disposal for cooking gluten-free foods that you will bring from home.
What is and how does the Aparthotel formula work?
The Aparthotel formula includes accommodation in our mobile homes with first supply of towels and linens (from 3 years). In case of a stay of one week the daily cleaning of the mobile home as well as towels and linens change is not provided. For a stay of 2 weeks, 1 full towels and linens change and 1 cleaning service will be arranged on a day of your choice to agree with the reception (except Saturday and Sunday). On request and with an extra charge you can have laundry service or cleaning of the mobile homes. The service may be daily or occasional. Use of the kitchen is not permitted. The Aparthotel Formula offers a full-board treatment.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet) are served in the Relax poolside restaurant as per the Hotel Formula.
The meal times are from 7.45 am to 10.00 am for breakfast; Lunch from 12.30 am to 2.00 pm; Dinner from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm.
The Aparthotel Formula is designed exclusively for young and informal clients.Mobile homes are not suitable for disabled guests.
What is and how does the Residence Formula work?
The residence formula includes accommodation in our prefabricated mobile home with kitchenette. The treatment is only rent.
The daily cleaning of the mobile home or the delivery of bed linen and towels is not provided. These services are available on request and supplement.
The Residence Formula is exclusively intended for a young and informal clientele.
I chose the Residence Formula. Can I take advantage of a restaurant service?
If guests who have chosen Residence Formula do not feel like cooking, they will be able to choose between two restaurants. In the restaurant at the relax pool, with buffet service, you will find starters, three first courses, three main courses, side dishes, fruit, dessert, water, wine, cola and orange soda in carafe. The ticket costs € 20,00 for adults and € 12,00 per child (up to 15 years) per meal.
Instead, at Mareluna, the restaurant and pizzeria a la carte on the beach, a reservation is not compulsory but preferred, and it is not necessary to buy tickets in advance. You can reserve a table or a takeaway for your desired time, directly from the room in which you enter 2024.
What is electronic money and how does it work?
For greater convenience, payment to the pool bars is done exclusively using a card that will be delivered at the reception desk upon check-in.
The balance of consummations will take place at the end of the stay.
The use of the electronic money is optional to the bar on the beach, where payments (except restaurant) can be cash or through our card.
Are Pets allowed?
We accept all pets. No matter if it is a cat, a hamster, a turtle or a canary, in Vascellero they are all welcome. And the dogs? Well, the dogs deserve a separate discussion. Visit our site "Dog Village" and discover what we have thought for them.
What is Dog Village?
At Vascellero, furry guests are very much loved! There are many services tailored to their needs: a dog beach only for 4 legged and their owners so that they can swim together, a leg cutting area where they can run, agility area where to play, a cleaning and care service, veterinary care, dog pedagogue, dog parking, Selling point of products for dogs and a specialized support. There are also bowls, cans, field beds and dog nuts. Also available are kennels, bowls, sub-bowls and hygienic bags.
Is my dog allowed in all areas of the resort?
During the day, under the supervision of their masters, dogs can be left in the agility and leg cut at the Dog Area. In other areas of the resort, they will be kept on a leash, and can only use certain paths to reach the areas for dogs (Dog area, Dog beach ecc.). Take care that dogs do not pollute the flower beds and gardens. The dogs cannot climb on the beds, but if you cannot leave it, ask us for a dog’s towel!
The owner of middle and large dogs, in all areas of the resort, should always have a muzzle to use in case of danger to the safety of humans or other animals.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant at the relax pool, on the playgrounds, in the pool areas and in all other public areas.
For small dogs the access in the amphitheater is allowed only when they are held on the arms.
The restaurant and bar Mareluna on the beach, will be delighted to welcome your dog.
We trust in the rules of good manners by the part of the guests who accompany their 4-legged friends, so that they do not disturb other people.
I have a dog phobia. Will I meet them anywhere?
Of course not. We know that not everyone loves dogs and how someone can also suffer the mere proximity of a dog. For this reason we have envisaged certain areas where the activities of the Dog Village are carried out. For the accommodation we have concentrated the guests with dog in certain areas. On the beach there is a Dog Beach reserved exclusively for our furry friends and their owners. However, it could happen that through the paths of the Resort you could meet some guests with dog, but in this case the dog will be led on a leash.
The number of 4-legged is limited to ensure a quiet stay for all guests.
Is the beach far away? Is there a street to cross?
In the front of the resort’s gate there is a small country street to cross, then a route for pedestrians leading to the sea. The beach is only 150 meters away from the resort, a pleasant walk that takes less than a minute under the shade of pine and eucalyptus trees.
How is the sea?
The sea is so clear and clean that Cariati have earned the "Blue Flag" since 2009. The water is shallow near the shore, and allows safe bathing for children and adults.
How is the beach?
The private beach is very wide. It is equipped with sun beds, sun umbrellas, kayaks, pedal boats, showers, toilets, beach volleyball, beach tennis and dodge ball. The sun umbrellas are placed at the right distance on the sand. On the shoreline are also some pebbles.
Is there a swimming pool?
There are two ones! The first is planned as a relaxation area and solarium. The second, a larger one, has a hydromassage area and is located near the sports areas and is planned to perform the activities of animation. Both pools are made up of children’s area and adults area. Sun beds are subject to availability.
Is it possible to use the pool at any time?
No. The access to the pool is allowed only at certain times and in the presence of the lifeguards. The access is not allowed during the hours of silence (from 1 up to 4 pm and from 7 pm up to 9 am).
Is there an Internet connection?
In the Resort there is 3 areas with Wi-Fi connection: Reception, Relax Pool and beach. The service is free.
Is there a market?
Yes, 50 meters outside the resort, there is a mini-market open all year that is equipped, despite its small size, with fresh products of good quality (like cheese, salami often homemade, fruit and vegetables, meat... and so on) at the standard price of the shops within 1.5 to 3 km. There are also street vendors that offer fruits, vegetables and cheese. It is also possible to buy fresh fish directly from fishermen.
What is a club card?
The club card is a bracelet that allows the access to all the services of the resort. Includes: beach service (1 beach umbrella and two sun beds per room), swimming pool, entertainment with games during the day and the evening, competitions, shows, dance lessons, water aerobics, archery, canoeing, tennis, football, basketball , bocce, table tennis, dodge ball, beach tennis, beach volleyball, internal open and unguarded parking. "Vascellerino", a program for children specially designed by a team of experts for the well-being and free time of our young guests that will enjoy a stimulating holiday. Vascellerino is divided by age (Baby Club 3 / 5 years - Mini Club 6 / 9 years - junior club 10/14 years – young club 15/19). Entry discount water park "Odyssey 2000" (30 km).
